Once you have all your evidence gathered and organized it is time to file suit. At the time this was written only a handful of states are still without some type of spam law. That doesn't mean you can't get in on the fun! Simply host your web site with a web host located in one of the states with a spam law. Then negotiate with the ISP your take of the winnings if you sue!
